What I'm doing now

By day I lead a team of developers at a multinational company, where we build large-scale React applications for the law and regulatory domain. I plan the work, design the architecture, review the code and still ship features myself.

1. Stati The TypeScript-first static site generator this garden runs on.

2. Speci An AI workflow orchestrator that takes a feature from a written spec to shipped code in one autonomous loop.
   In development
3. A roguelike A game I'm not ready to talk about yet.
   Under wraps

With LLMs, mostly: self-hosting models, building agent harnesses and the workflows around them, and finding out what they're really good for.

Spending as much time as I can with my family and my little one.
